1. Three-day short break offers
The short break offers include 2 nights for 2 people in a double room inclusive of breakfast and a credit voucher (amount determined by offer). Individual extensions are to be booked with Connex and are to be paid in the hotel directly. When booking a short break package, travel vouchers up to a value of € 100,- can be redeemed.

2. Individual hotel holidays with flexible length of stay
When booking individual hotel holidays with flexible lengths of stay you can redeem travel vouchers up to a value of 20% of the overall cost of the trip. You can choose from over 80 hotels to suit every taste in holidays -  in 9 European countries.

2. Please let us know:
  • amount of your travel voucher
  • alphanumeric code on your travel voucher
  • the company from which you received your travel voucher
  • how you would like to redeem your travel voucher (for a 3-day short break offer or a hotel holiday with flexible length of stay)
  • the hotel you have selected
  • your travel dates
  • the address to which we should send your booking confirmation and a daytime telephone number in case of queries
3. Booking process for three-day short break offers:

Please note: enquiries and bookings can only be made 12 weeks before the date of proposed travel. If rooms are available on the dates you have requested, we will reserve the booking for you. If your dates are no longer available, the hotel will give us other alternatives which we will discuss with you by telephone. Then you will receive an invoice for the booked stay with the value of your travel voucher deducted. When our account receives your payment, the booking confirmation will be sent to you which will contain your credit voucher. You should submit this confirmation to reception on arrival at the hotel.

4. Booking process for individual hotel holidays with flexible length of stay:

We will clarify room availability and the price for your required stay. We will notify you of the price for the required arrangement (B&B, half-board, full-board, all inclusive) and you can then decide if you wish us to book the date for you at the price offered. Then you will receive an invoice for the booked stay with the value of your travel voucher deducted. When our account receives your payment, the booking confirmation will be sent to you. If 20% of the total trip price is less than the amount of your travel voucher, you will receive a new travel voucher for the balance and you may use this for another booking.

5. Booking fees

We will charge you € 7 for processing your booking.

You may check in at the hotel you have booked only if the invoice sent to you has been paid in full.
