1. How long is the travel voucher valid for?
The validity period can be found on your travel voucher.

2. Can I redeem the travel voucher in full when booking a trip?
It is possible to redeem the travel voucher up to a value of € 100,- for the three-day short break offers. When booking flexible stay hotel offers, it is possible to redeem the travel voucher for up to 20% of the overall price of the trip.

3. How can I book simply and quickly?
Inform our booking office of your booking requirements (offer, hotel, dates, travel voucher number, value of the travel voucher, your address and telephone number) by e-mail or by using the enquiry form. Connex will carry out the entire booking process for you.

4. Why can I not book at the hotel myself? 
Connex has special contracts with partner hotels which secure a certain quota of rooms. You cannot book these quotas with the hotel directly. The reservation can only be carried out exclusively by Connex.

5. How is the travel voucher validated?
After the hotel has confirmed the booking, an invoice will be sent to you for the holiday you have booked. The amount specified on your travel voucher will be deducted from the amount stated on the invoice at the maximum redeemable value and your travel voucher will then be validated.

6. What happens if the value of the travel voucher exceeds the maximum redeemable amount?
If the value of your travel voucher exceeds the maximum redeemable amount for the fixed booking, a new travel voucher will be sent to you for the balance.

7. Can I cancel a booking? 
For cancellations or no-shows relating to bookings which have been carried out and confirmed on 3-day short break offers up to 14 days before travel is due to commence, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. For cancellations 14-7 days before travel, a cancellation fee of 80% is charged and for cancellations 7-0 days before travel, a cancellation fee of 100% is charged. With regard to fixed bookings of extra days and accompanying persons, the cancellation conditions of the relevant hotel shall apply.


In the event of cancelling an individual hotel offer with flexible length of stay, the relevant hotel’s booking conditions shall apply.
