Conditions of validity

The booking of persons travelling together (family) shall count as one booking. It is not possible to redeem [the voucher] for cash. The travel voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other concessionary deals. It is not possible to make deductions from bookings which already exist. Several travel vouchers can be redeemed up to the specified maximum amount.

For cancellations relating to bookings which have been carried out and confirmed on 3-day short break offers up to 14 days before travel is due to commence, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. For cancellations 14-7 days before travel, a cancellation fee of 80% is charged and for cancellations 7-0 days before travel or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% is charged. With regard to firm bookings of extra days and accompanying persons, the cancellation conditions of the relevant hotel shall apply.

In the event of cancelling an individual hotel offer with flexible length of stay, the relevant hotel’s booking conditions shall apply.
